Put the seal in position on theshort end of the installer assembly (A). The lipof the seal must be toward the inside of theengine.NOTE: If a new wear surface for the front seal is needed, putthe spacer from tooling (A) between the seal and flange of the installer assembly.2.Put the seal and installer assembly in position onthe end of the crankshaft. Install washer (I) that isused to hold the crankshaft pulley and the 2H3745Bolt. Tighten the bolt until the installer assemblymakes contact with the crankshaft gear.
