After Starting
Be sure all gauges are in the normal
operating range. Make sure the parking
brake is applied.
Check the engine oil level between shifts
with the engine running, if it is not to be
stopped.
Check the transmission oil level with the
engine running at low idle.
Maintain the oil level in the area shown
on the LOW IDLE side of the dipstick.
Operate the engine at low idle until the
hydraulic oil is warm.
Maintain level between ADD and FULL
Test the hydraulic controls. Allow extra
marks on the sight gauge.
warmup time if they are sluggish.
