Bypass backup alarm/horn relay.
a. Place battery disconnect switch in

NOTE
Tag connectors before disconnecting to ensure proper connection.
b. Disconnect backup alarm/horn relay
electrical connections (WP 0078
c. Connect a jumper wire between
white wire of relay (harness side)
and other end to yellow wire of relay
(harness side).

5. Check for voltage to backup alarm/
horn relay.
a. Place battery disconnect switch in

b. Set multimeter to appropriate
voltage range (WP 0018 00).
c. Connect multimeter positive lead to
yellow wire of backup alarm/horn
relay (harness side) and meter
negative lead to chassis ground.
