a. Remove four bolts (11) and cap (10)
ers
from the roller (17).
b. Remove the nut (12), lock (13) and
washer (14) from the shaft (15).
Discard lock.
c. Remove the upper bearing (16)
from the shaft (15).
d. Pack cavity between bearings with
grease. Pack the upper bearing (16)
with grease.
e. Install upper bearing (16), washer
(14), new lock (13) and nut (12) on
shaft (15).
f. Tighten nut (12) until roller (17)
locks. Then back nut off 1/6 of a
turn. Roller should turn freely with-
out end play.
g. Crimp the new lock (13) against the
nut.
h. Pack cap (10) with grease and
install cap and four bolts (11).
