ENGINE OIL GAGE AND GUIDE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Swing hasp (14) open.
2.
Remove gage (4).
3.
Remove two bolts (15), washers (16) and hasp assembly (14) with bracket (17) attached.
4.
Remove two bolts (2), washers (1) and plate (18).
5.
Remove bolt (11) and washer (12) from oil cooler (5).
6.
Loosen union (6).
7.
Remove guide assembly (13) and union (6).
8.
Remove bolt (10), washer (9) and guide assembly (7).
9.
Remove and discard preformed packing (8).
NOTE
Perform step 10 only if hasp assembly is damaged.
10.
If necessary, remove rivet (3) and hasp (14) from bracket (17). Discard rivet.
