Remove three bolts (11), washers (10) and four clips (9).

Remove three nuts (3), nuts (7) and unions (5).
11.
Remove three sleeves (4) and sleeves (6).
12.
Remove two grommets (14).
13.
Remove tube assembly (13).
14.
Remove tube assemblies (8 and 12).
15.
Remove atomizer (1) and tube assembly (2).
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
WARNING
Solvent cleaning compound MIL-PRF-680 Type III is an environmentally compliant and low toxic
material. However, it may be irritating to the eyes and skin. Use protective gloves and goggles. Use in
well-ventilated areas. Keep away from open flames and other sources of ignition.
Particles blown by compressed air are hazardous. DO NOT exceed 15 psi (103 kPa) nozzle pressure
when drying parts with compressed air. Use a maximum of 30 psi (207 kPa) when cleaning compo-
nents. DO NOT direct compressed air against human skin. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death. Make sure air stream is directed away from user and other personnel in the area. To pre-
vent injury, user must wear eye protection.
1.
Clean all parts with solvent.
2.
Dry all parts with compressed air.
3.
Inspect all parts for damage and replace as necessary.
INSTALLATION
CAUTION
Use two line wrenches to tighten ether lines.
1.
Install atomizer (1) in such a manner that the mark on the hex head is parallel with the centerline of the engine.
2.
Install tube assembly (2).
3.
Install tube assemblies (8 and 12).
4.
Install tube assembly (13).
5.
Install two grommets (14).
6.
Install three sleeves (4) and sleeves (6), three unions (5), three nuts (3) and nuts (7).
7.
Install four clips (9), washers (10) and three bolts (11).
8.
Install start valve (25), two washers (24) and bolts (23).
9.
Install elbow (20), sleeve (21) and nut (22) on tube assembly (13).
