CAUTION
Wood blocks must be positioned under the top and bottom tank parts of the radiator. The blocks are to sup-
port radiator after support assembly is removed. Do not place blocks under finned portion of the radiator.
Failure to follow this procedure may result in damage to the radiator.
8.
Position wood blocks to support radiator. Locate wood blocks under radiator top and bottom tank portions.
WARNING
Radiator and support assembly must be placed on clean floor surface, fan side down. Wood blocks must
be placed in position to support radiator at top and bottom. Do not position radiator and support assem-
bly in an upright position. Failure to follow this procedure may cause injury.
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of radiator support assembly is 200 lb (91 kg).

Use lifting device to place radiator and support assembly (30) on wood blocks. Maintain tension and do not remove lift-
ing device.
10.
Remove four bolts (46) and washers (45) from left side of support assembly (47).
11.
Remove headlight bracket (44).
12.
Remove four bolts (49) and washers (48) from right side of support assembly (50).
13.
Remove headlight bracket (50).
14.
Remove four washers (43) and bolts (42).
15.
Remove ten bolts (39), washers (40) and guard (41).
