RADIATOR ASSEMBLY, SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
WARNING
Radiator and support assembly must be placed on clean floor surface, fan side down. Wood blocks must
be placed in position to support radiator at top and bottom. Do not position radiator and support assem-
bly in an upright position. Failure to follow this procedure may cause injury.
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of radiator assembly is 800 lb (363 kg).

Place wood blocks under radiator.

Attach lifting device to support assembly (47).

Use lifting device to install support assembly (47) on

radiator assembly (30).
4.
Install guard (41), ten washers (40) and bolts (39).

Install four washers (43) and bolts (42).

Install headlight bracket assembly (50), four washers
(48) and bolts (49).

Install headlight bracket (44), four washers (45) and
bolts (46).
NOTE
Weight of radiator and support assembly is
1,000 lb (453 kg.).
8.
Remove lifting device and attach to headlight brackets
(44 and 50) and at both sides of support assembly (47).
