COOLANT FILTER MOUNTING, HOSES AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
All hose and tube assemblies must be tagged prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
1.
Disconnect hose assembly (3) from elbow (4) on left side of engine compartment.
2.
Disconnect hose assembly (10) from adapter (9).
3.
Remove adapter (9) and elbow (4) from two valves (5).
4.
If damaged, remove two plugs (6) from housing (7).
5.
Remove two valves (5) from housing (7).
6.
Remove pin (8) from bottom of housing (7).
7.
Remove two nuts (11), washers (12), bolts (13) and housing (7) from bracket (2).
8.
Remove three bolts (1) and bracket (2) from top of aftercooler.
