BLACKOUT STOP AND TAIL LIGHT DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove blackout stop and tail light lamps. Refer to Blackout Stop and Tail Light Lamps in this work package.
2.
Remove two screws (11), lockwashers (12) and lamp holder assembly (14). Discard lockwashers.
3.
Remove three screws (8), plate (9) and grommet (10) from blackout tail light housing (2).
BLACKOUT STOP AND TAIL LIGHT ASSEMBLY
1.
Install grommet (10), plate (9) and three screws (8) into blackout tail light housing (2).
2.
Install lamp holder assembly (14), two new lockwashers (12) and screws (11).
3.
Install blackout stop and tail light lamps. Refer to Blackout Stop and Tail Light Lamps in this work package.
BLACKOUT STOP AND TAIL LIGHT INSTALLATION
1.
Install two spacers (17) and blackout tail light housing (2).
2.
Install two washers (16) and bolts (15).
3.
Connect two wire assemblies (13) to wire harness.
4.
Verify correct operation of blackout stop/tail lights (TM 5-3805-248-10).
