DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove bushing (16) from slack adjustor (4). Discard bushing.
2.
Drill out five rivets (13).
3.
Remove covers (15 and 17) from slack adjustor (4).
4.
Remove dust shields (12 and 14).

Remove bushing insulator (18), spring (24) and ball
(23).

Remove shaft (22), worm (21), gear (19) and expan-

sion plug (20) from slack adjustor (4).
