REMOVAL
NOTE
Brake shoes must be held in position during camshaft and slack adjustor removal. Place wood blocks
between brake shoes and axle housing before performing this task.
1.
Remove retaining rings (1 and 2).
2.
Pull camshaft (3) out of axle housing.
3.
Remove slack adjustor (4) assembly.

Remove camshaft (3) and washers (5 and 9) from axle housing.
5.
Remove seals (6, 8 and 11) and bearings (7 and 10) from axle housing. Discard seals.
