NOTE
Do NOT move valve spool in or out of steering control valve during removal or installation of steering link-
age. Movement of valve spool may affect adjustment of steering linkage.
8.
Measure total length of rod (1) assembly and record measurement to ensure correct installation.
9.
Remove nut (15), washer (16), rod assembly (1), washer (17) and bolt (18) from valve spool on steering control valve.

10.
Loosen two nuts (20) on rod (1).

Remove two rod ends (19) and nuts (20) from rod (1).

INSTALLATION
1.
Install two nuts (20) and rod ends (19) on rod (1).
2.
Evenly adjust two rod ends (19) on rod (1) until measurement recorded earlier is obtained.
3.
Tighten two nuts (20) on rod (1).
4.
Install bolt (17), washer (18), rod (1) assembly, washer (16) and nut (15) on valve spool on steering control valve.
