STEERING HOSES, LINES AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and plug openings after
removing lines. Contamination of air system could result in premature failure.
NOTE
Tag hoses and fittings prior to disconnecting or removing to ensure correct installation.
Only remove fittings if damaged.
Note the routing and position of the hoses, any retaining hardware and tie straps prior to removal to
ensure correct installation.
1.
Disconnect hose assemblies (1, 2 and 3) from hydraulic steering servo-sender cylinder (WP 03095 00).
2.
Disconnect other end of hose assemblies (2 and 3) from hydraulic steering servo-receiver cylinder (WP 0311 00).
3.
Disconnect other end of hose assembly (1) from hose multi-connector (WP 0233 00).
4.
Trace routing of hose assemblies (1, 2 and 3) and remove all retaining hardware and tie straps.
5.
Remove hose assemblies (1, 2 and 3) from machine.
6.
If damaged, remove fittings from hydraulic steering servo-sender and receiver cylinders which connect to hose assem-
blies (1, 2 and 3) (WP 0311 00).
7.
If damaged, remove fittings from hose multi-connector which connects to hose assembly (1) (WP 0233 00).
