STEERING CYLINDERS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
1.
Disconnect hoses (1) from steering cylinder assembly (WP 0180 00).
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts
supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of steering cylinder assembly is 200 lb (91 kg).

Install lifting device to steering cylinder assembly (6).
3.
Remove pin (7) and spring (8).
4.
Remove pin (10).
5.
Remove four bolts (4), washers (5) and two yokes (3).
6.
Remove pin (2).
7.
Use lifting device to remove steering cylinder assembly (6).
8.
If damaged, remove bushing (9) from draft frame.
9.
Remove lifting device from steering cylinder assembly (6).
