FRONT BUMPER REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
NOTE
This work package is for machines equipped with a front bumper that is attached with bolts. Some
machines may have a front bumper that is welded in place.
Weight of front bumper assembly is 180 lb (82 kg).
If necessary, remove two bolts (4) and bridge weight class plate (5) from bumper (8).
1.
Remove bolt (1), washer (2) and clip (3) from front bumper (8).
2.
Attach lifting device to front bumper (8).
3.
Remove eight bolts (6) and washers (7) from front bumper (8).
4.
Use lifting device to remove front bumper (8) from machine and set on wood blocks.
5.
Remove lifting device.
