Loosen two bleeder valves on hydraulic valve head at front, right side of machine to open. Leave two bleeder valves
open until hydraulic fluid, free of air bubbles, flows from two bleeder valves.
4.
Tighten two bleeder valves on hydraulic valve head to close.
5.
Rotate steering wheel full left.
6.
Loosen two bleeder valves on hydraulic valve head. Leave bleeder valves open until hydraulic fluid, free of air bubbles,
flows from two bleeder valves.
7.
Tighten two bleeder valves on hydraulic valve head to close. Torque two bleeder valves to 25 lb-ft (34 Nm).
8.
Stop engine.
9.
Refill hydraulic tank to proper level (TM 5-3805-248-10).
10.
Start engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
11.
Operate steering. Move system through at least five full movements of travel. This will bleed air from the system.
12.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
13.
Check oil level in hydraulic tank and add if necessary (TM 5-3805-248-10).
14.
Inspect all hose and tube assemblies for leaks.
