HYDRAULIC STEERING PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
1.
Disconnect three hoses (5) from pressure reducing valve (4).
2.
Remove two bolts (6), washers (7) and pressure reducing valve (4).
3.
Remove two bolts (1), washers (2) and bracket (3) from rear side of cab.

INSTALLATION
1.
Install bracket (3), two washers (2) and bolts (1) on rear side of cab.
2.
Install pressure reducing valve (4), two washers (7) and bolts (6).
3.
Connect three hoses (5) on pressure reducing valve (4).
4.
Refill hydraulic tank to proper level (TM 5-3805-248-10).
5.
Start engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
6.
Operate steering. Move system through at least five full movements of travel. This will bleed air from system.
7.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-248-10).
8.
Check oil level in hydraulic tank and add if necessary (TM 5-3805-248-10).
9.
Inspect all hose and tube assemblies for leaks.
