APRON CYLINDER HOSES, LINES AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Lightly coat all new preformed packings with clean oil prior to installation.
1.
Install new preformed packing (19) on tube assembly (23).
2.
Position tube assembly (23) and two flange halves (20) on apron cylinder.
3.
Install four washers (21) and capscrews (22).
4.
Install nut (27), washer (25), clamp (26) and bolt (24) on tube assembly (23).
5.
Install apron cylinder (WP 0244 00).
6.
Install new preformed packing (18) in hose assembly (10).
7.
Position hose assembly (10) and two flange halves (17) on right side of draft frame.
8.
Install four washers (16) and capscrews (15).
9.
Install new preformed packing (14) on hose assembly (5).
10.
Position hose assembly (5) and two flange halves (13) on left side of draft frame.
11.
Install four washers (12) and capscrews (11) on hose assembly (5).
