OPERATOR COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal and disassembly. Cap lines and plug
openings after removing lines. Contamination of air system could result in premature failure of machine.
NOTE
Tag lines prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use container to capture draining oil. Dispose of oil IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills
are cleaned up.
1.
Disconnect hose assembly (1) at elbow (3) from center rear of machine.
2.
Remove elbow (3).
3.
Disconnect hose assembly (7) at elbow (2).
4.
Remove elbow (2).
5.
Disconnect hose assembly (9) at elbow (4).
6.
Remove elbow (4).
7.
Remove hose assembly (8), connector (6) and elbow (5).
8.
Remove hose assembly (9) and elbow (10).
9.
Disconnect hose assembly (8) at elbow (11).
10.
Remove elbow (11).
