Install two new preformed packings (24) and cover

(23) on valve body (1). Align holes of cover (23).

Install 10 washers (22) and bolts (21). Torque bolts to

Install two balls (12) in body (2).

Install new preformed packing (11) and two new preformed packings (10).

Install spring (13).
NOTE
If number of spacers in pressure control valve does not change, install same number of spacers that were
removed.

Install spacers (14).

Use clean lubricating oil to lubricate spool (15) and

slug (16) and install.

Use clean lubricating oil to lubricate new preformed
packing (17) and piston (18) and install.

Use clean lubricating oil to lubricate new preformed

packing (19) and piston (20) and install.
