REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag wires to aid in installation.
Remove tiedown straps as needed and discard. Use new tiedown straps on installation.

Remove two nuts (3) from bolts (4) on alternator (1).

Pull out, but do not remove, bolts (4) and washers (5)
approximately 1/2 in. (13 mm) and remove alternator
belt guard (2).
