Check for continuity to turn signal
lamps.
Inoperative - Continued.
a. Place battery disconnect switch in
OFF position (TM 5-3805-248-10).
b. Disconnect turn signal switch
yellow wire of turn signal switch
(harness side) and then to gray wire
of turn signal switch (harness side).
e. Connect meter negative lead to
chassis ground.

WARNING
Remove all jewelry, watch, rings, etc. prior to disconnecting cables from batter-
ies or other electrical source. Items can come in contact with battery or electrical
source and cause electrical shock. Failure to follow this warning may cause
injury or death.
Make sure wheels are chocked and bowl is lowered to ground for all tests. Fail-
ure to do so may cause injury or death.
Eye protection must be worn when performing maintenance where components
or particles could fly out during procedure. Failure to take precautions may
cause injury.
NOTE
1.
Check for voltage at inoperative lamp
