FILTER BASE REMOVAL
NOTE
Tag lines prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to capture draining fuel. Dispose of fuel IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all
spills are cleaned up.
1.
Disconnect tube assembly (1) at elbow (8).
2.
Remove elbow (8) from base (7).
3.
Disconnect hose assembly (6) at elbow (5).
4.
Remove elbow (5), preformed packing (4), adapter (3) and gasket (2). Discard preformed packing and gasket.
