HEATER, DEFROSTER AND FRONT WIPER WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

Remove three screws (4) and connectors (5).

Remove two capscrews (6) and loop clamps (7).
5.
Disconnect three connectors (8) from windshield wiper assembly.
6.
Remove two nuts (9) and loop clamps (10).

Disconnect harness (1) from defroster fan (WP 0221 00).
NOTE
Note position of harness to ensure correct installation.
8.
Remove heater, defroster and front wiper harness (1).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install harness (1) in vehicle.

Connect harness (1) to defroster fan (WP 0221 00).
3.
Install two loop clamps (10) and nuts (9).
4.
Connect three connectors (8) to windshield wiper
assembly.
5.
Install two loop clamps (7) and capscrews (6).
6.
Install three connectors (5) and screws (4).

7.
Connect harness (1) to operator compartment wiring
harness (2).
8.
Connect harness (1) to clip (3).
9.
Install heater control console (WP 0224 00).
10. Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
11. Verify correct operation of electrical accessories (TM 5-3805-248-10).
12. Install liner in operator compartment (WP 0194 00).
