EJECTOR CYLINDER HOSES, LINES AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Lightly coat all new preformed packings with clean oil prior to installation.
1.
Install new preformed packing (15) on hose assembly (6).
2.
Position hose assembly (6) and two flange halves (14) on ejector cylinder.
3.
Install four washers (13) and capscrews (12).

4.
Install two clamp halves (8), sleeves (10), bolts (11), spacer (7) and two nuts (9) on hose assembly (6).
5.
Install new preformed packing (2) on hose assembly (3) on ejector cylinder.
6.
Position hose assembly (3) and two flange halves (1) on ejector cylinder.
7.
Install four washers (5) and capscrews (4).
