Put transmission selector lever in 8th speed position and run engine at 1,900 RPM.
28.
Slowly increase engine RPM and turn screw (G), as necessary, to get a 7th to 8th speed upshift when engine is running
at 2,056+30 RPM.

To make adjustment of downshift point:
a.
Put transmission selector lever in position of next lower speed.
b.
Slowly decrease engine RPM and turn screw (E), as necessary, to get a downshift when engine is running at RPM
shown in Table 1, Shift Point Chart.
30.
Make check of all upshift and downshift points and make sure all points are in tolerance.
