Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause death or injury.
17.
Place supplemental steering pump assembly (2) on lifting device and secure.
18.
Use lifting device to position supplemental steering pump assembly (2) next to differential housing.
19.
Install coupling (24), ring (25) and shaft (26) on shaft of supplemental steering pump assembly (2).
20.
Align shaft (26) with pinion gear (33).
