INSTALLATION
WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of hydraulic pump is 120 lb (54 kg).
1.
Install lifting device on hydraulic pump.
HYDRAULIC PUMP
2.
Install two studs (17), if removed.
3.
Install new preformed packing (16) on hydraulic
pump.
4.
Position hydraulic pump on two studs (17).
5.
Install two washers (15) and nuts (14).
6.
Remove lifting device.

7.
Prime pump with clean oil.

8.
Install new preformed packing (13) and tube assembly
(12).
9.
Install two flange halves (11), four washers (10) and
bolts (9).
10.
Connect two electrical wires (8) at terminals.
