Position new gasket (6) and cover (7).
46.
Install four new lockwashers (8), screws (9), three new lockwashers (14) and screws (13).
47.
Install plate (10), four lockwashers (12) and screw (11).
48.
Install slinger (4) and fan (5).
NOTE
After disassembly, rotor may lose magnetism or a new rotor may need to be magnetized.
49.
Magnetize rotor (62) using 24V battery. Connect posi-

tive wire on stud (45) and negative wire to housing

(2). Connect third jumper wire to the positive battery
(HIDDEN)
jumper wire. Momentarily touch the other end of the
third jumper wire to stud (16). This will magnetize
62
rotor.
