When Required
Inspecting Elements
1.
Insert a light inside the clean and dry element.
Discard the element if rips or tears are found.
2.
Wrap and store good elements in a clean dry place.

Fuel System
Change fuel filters when the engine lacks power.
Stop the fuel flow by turning off the disconnect switch.

Clean the filter base. Make sure all of the used filter
seal is removed.
3.
Coat the seal of a new filter with clean diesel fuel.

Open the hood. Remove the used filter.
4.
Install the filter by hand.
