RADIATOR AND TORQUE CONVERTER OIL COOLER
REMOVE RADIATOR AND TORQUE
CONVERTER OIL COOLER
start by:
a)
remove hood
b)
remove crankcase guard
1.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
2.
Disconnect hoses (I), (2) and (3) from the
radiator.
3.
Remove bolts (4) and panel (5) from the tractor
frame.
4.
Disconnect hose assemblies (6) and (7) from
the torque converter oil cooler.
5.
Fasten a hoist to the radiator.
6.
Remove bolts (8), the nuts and washers that
hold each side of the radiator. Remove the
radiator and torque converter oil cooler as a
unit. The weight of the unit is 235 lb. (106 kg).
7.
Remove the four washers used as spacers
between the tractor frame and radiator.
