TM 5-3805-260-24 TRACTOR WHEEL ASSEMBLIES, BEARINGS AND SEALS 11. Heat the wheel outer bearing cone (4) in oil to a maximum temperature of 275°F (135°C). Install the bearing on the hub assembly. 12. Install the hub assembly in ring gear (6). Install plates (5), the locks and bolts to hold the hub assembly in position. 13. Use tool (C) and fasten a hoist to the wheel assembly. Put the wheel assembly in position on the machine. 3-274
