DISASSEMBLE ELEVATOR CHAIN
ROLLER
start by:
a)
remove elevator chain roller
I.
Remove shims (I) and bushing (2) from the roller.
2.
Turn the roller over. Remove bearing cone (3) and the
spacer.
3.
Turn the roller over again. Remove seal (4) and the bearing
cone from the roller.
4.
Turn the roller over again. Remove bearing cup (5) from the
roller.
5.
Remove lower bearing cup (6). Remove the ring that keeps
the bearing cups apart from the roller if necessary.
