CAUTION
Keep all parts clean from contamination. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
NOTE
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance,
testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect fluid with suitable containers before
opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.
Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove two screws (1), lockwashers (2), screw (6),

ENGINE REMOVED FOR CLARITY

and engine oil pump assembly (3) from cylinder
block. Discard lockwashers.
2.
Remove and discard O-ring (5) from between cylinder
block and outlet elbow (4).
