Check for voltage to backup alarm.
10. Back-up Alarm Is
Inoperative - Continued.
a. Place battery disconnect switch in
OFF position (TM 5-3805-248-10).
b. Set multimeter to appropriate
voltage range (WP 0018 00).
c. Connect multimeter positive lead to
black wire on backup alarm (harness
side) and multimeter negative lead
to chassis ground.

b. Set multimeter to appropriate ohm
(Ω) range (WP 0018 00).
c. Connect multimeter positive lead to
black and pink wire on backup alarm
and multimeter negative lead to
chassis ground.
