HEADLIGHT, FLOODLIGHT AND STARTING AID WIRING
HARNESS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Position wiring harness (6) on machine.
2.
Connect wiring harness (6) to engine wiring harness.
3.
Install grommets (4, 5, 7 and 8).
4.
Install eleven clips (1), washers (2) and bolts (3).
5.
Connect wiring harness to the high beam and low beam headlight assemblies (WP 0084 00).
6.
Connect wiring harness to front floodlight assemblies (WP 0083 00).
7.
Connect wiring harness to ether start valve (WP 0039 00).
8.
Connect battery cables (WP 0104 00).
9.
Operate machine and verify correct operation of all components disconnected (TM 5-3805-248-10).
10.
Install engine compartment access doors (WP 0190 00).
11.
Install hood (WP 0189 00).
