ADJUSTMENT
1.
Turn bolt (7) until pedal is parallel with floor without

VALVE PLUNGER

Turn bolt (7) until distance A is 0.16 in. + 0.003 in. (4

mm + 0.076 mm).

Measure distance between pedal and plunger. Travel
of pedal under full pedal depression must be 0.16 in.
(4 mm). If not, repeat steps 1 through 3 until proper

Install step assembly (WP 0200 00).

Operate machine to verify correct operation of transmission hold pedal (TM 5-3805-248-10).
