REMOVAL - CONTINUED
NOTE
Use a container to capture draining hydraulic oil. Dispose of hydraulic oil IAW local policy and ordi-
nances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Tag hose and tube assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Note routing of all hose assemblies prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Remove and note location of all clips that secure hose assemblies to ensure correct installation.
1.
Disconnect hose assemblies (8 and 9) from tube nipple (10) on top of draft frame.
2.
Remove nut (7) and tube nipple (10).
3.
Remove 12 capscrews (2), washers (3) and six flange halves (4) from junction box (1).
4.
Disconnect three hose assemblies (6, 9 and 12) from junction box (1).
5.
Remove and discard three preformed packings (5) from hose assemblies (6, 9 and 12).
6.
Remove two bolts (11) and junction box (1) from top of draft frame.
7.
Disconnect hose assemblies from (6 and 12) from bowl lifting check valve assembly (WP 0228 00).
