TM 5-3805-260-24BOWL AND EJECTOR CONTROL VALVE6.Remove screw (14), spring (15) and poppet (13)from the inside of the valve spool.7.Remove snap ring (17) from valve spool (9) withtool (B). Remove washers (18) and spring (16)from the valve spool.WARNING: Retainer is under tension from thespring that is behind it.8.Remove retainers(l9) and (20) and the O-ringseals. Check the condition of the O-ring seals. Ifthe seals have damage, use new parts for re-placement.9.Remove relief valve assembly (21) from thebody. Remove the washer and the seal frominside the body.10.Remove snap ring (28) with tool (A). Removesleeve (24) and the ball from housing (27). Turnhousing (27) counterclockwise off the valvebody (21) and remove piston (23), washer (26),spring (22) and washers (shims) (25). Check thecondition of the O-ring seals. If the seals havedamage, use new parts for replacement.NOTE: Keep the washers (shims) together for installa-tion purpose.3-351
