Install new gasket (20).

Install housing (23) on governor assembly housing
(8).

Install three washers (24) and capscrews (25).

Install washer (15) and bolt (14).

Install washer (17) and bolt (16).

Install insulator stud (18) in housing (23) and torque to
40 lb-in. (4.5 Nm).

Install new gasket (9) on housing (23).

Install new preformed packing (10) and bolt (11). Fin-

ger-tighten screw.

Install new preformed packing (7) and screw (6). Fin-

ger-tighten screw.

Install cover (5), washer (12), capscrew (13) and lock

wire (4).
