14.Use two men to remove shaft (14) from the housing.The weight of the shaft is 86 lb. (39 kg).15.Remove washers (shims) (17), lip type seal (15) andbearing (16) from both ends of the housing. On theinside diameter at the rear of bearing (I 16) is an O-ringseal. Check the condition of the O-ring seal.
