CAUTION
Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove eight bolts (1) and washers (2) from rear seal carrier (3).
2.
Carefully pry rear seal carrier (3) from two dowel pins in cylinder block (4).
3.
Remove gasket (5) from carrier (3). Discard gasket.
