22. Install insulator assembly (57), washer (58),
lockwasher (59), and nut (60).
23. Install three inspection plugs (61) and gaskets (62).
24. Assemble gasket (63) and drive housing (64) to
lever housing (4) with one screw (65) and five screws
(66).
